Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Codenestpro will deliver all completed work product upon receipt of final payment.

These terms are governed by the laws of España. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of València, España.
